Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for hands experienced Customer Service Administrator for a Logistics Company based in Swadlincote. You must drive due to the location

The role will be initially assisting the Customer Service Team with the Administration.

Duties will include:

  • Uploading Documents on to the CRM system
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with Customer Enquiries
  • Passing queries on to relevant person/department

You must have

  • Your own vehicle
  • A good attitude towards work
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Administration experience
  • Experience within Logistics/Warehousing
