Danny began his career in the British Army before moving into facilities management, where he came to understand the need for tailored recruitment rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. He wanted to establish a specialist recruitment solution, staffed by experts in their respective fields who would have in-depth understanding of client needs in different sectors. Danny established Romax Solutions in 2012. As part of the company’s charitable endeavours, he is a Patron of the Ben Kinsella Trust.

Loren joined Romax in 2017, with a wealth of over 10+ years’ experience within Sales and Personal Assisting, Loren initially joined Romax as Team Admin support, however due to her hard work and determination she created a Soft FM and Executive Support department within which has doubled conceptively each year for the last three years. Loren then became a Senior Account Manager based on multiple promotions and consistently achieving, ensuring all clients roles were fulfilled, from full-time to part-time positions nationwide.

Ria has an entrepreneurial spirit and prides herself on going the extra mile for all her clients and candidates alike, Ria always treats your business like her own. With strong, honest and clear communication skills developed over a wealth of almost 9 years across multiple business disciplines and industries within Recruitment. Ria’s core experience is within HR & Executive Support. Ria joined Romax in 2021 to lead and support the Driving & Industrial team.

Holly joined Romax Solutions in early 2013 after finishing university with a degree in teaching. Since then, she has risen up the ranks to head HR and Payroll and has completed a Level 3 CIPD qualification during that time. Romax prides itself on the loyalty of its own team and Holly certainly leads by example.

Rosie joined Romax Solutions in April 2016, having worked in accounting and construction for two years previous to this. Since then she has expanded her skillset and in turn, used her expertise to establish a successful accounts system that ensures the efficient day-to-day running of the company.
