Recruitment Consultant

Romax Solutions are recruiting Recruitment Consultants of all levels (entry – experienced) for our Construction department.

Due to growth and expansion this is an exciting time to be joining the company. We are looking for someone who has desire to build a career in recruitment.

Experience within the Construction Sector is desirable however, not essential. The consultant will report to the Operations Director.

Salary & Benefits £23,000 – £40,000 + Flexible working (depending on experience)

Job purpose:

Duties will include;

  • Resourcing candidates for open vacancies
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients
  • Advertise new jobs daily, renew adverts on all job boards.
  • Use databases and job boards to source potential candidates for confirmed vacancies
  • Work closely with your manager and team to ensure targets are met.
  • Work with your manager to ensure all jobs are filled with appropriate candidates
  • Register new candidates daily ensuring they are all compliant
  • Screen all CVs and applicants. This includes reference checking new starters
  • Answer phones and respond to questions and queries from candidates and potential candidates
  • Liaise with your manager and have a good understanding of all contracts
  • Maintain a relationship with colleagues & clients currently working for Romax Site Services
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Basic administrative tasks

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and use your time effectively and efficient

The successful candidate will be professional, articulate and extremely willing to get stuck in and be a real team player.
