Facilities Manager

Our client is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager in London

Postcode areas available: SE1 8XX  

Monday – Friday: 08:00-17:00pm

£20.83 Per Hour

Skills and experience you will need:

  • To act as the first point of contact between the Property Group Facilities Team and our Facilities Service Partners to promote and manage all aspects of facilities service delivery and operational compliance
    ● To manage our service providers for Waste Management, Pest Control, Gardening, Window Cleaning, Graffiti as well as our main Cleaning / Porterage service provider, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered in line with our contracts, always looking at continual improvement.
    ● Ensure facilities services delivered are compliant with current standards, Codes of Practice and site log books are up to date
    ● To manage our site waste in terms of waste stream, data collection, waste equipment maintenance, waste recharges to retail partners and waste sustainability
    ● Assist the Head of Facilities and Technical Manager in delivering on our ISO’s both the Asset Management and Energy Management ISO’s by completing audits on the system and condition reporting on assets
    ● Assist the Head of Facilities and the Technical Manager with remote support cover for out of hours and weekends
