We have a fantastic Oopportnity at a Global Logistics company based in Purfleet.
The comapny have gone from strength to strength and have grown considerably in the last 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have Transport experience within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, General haluage or Warehousing.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Job will include:
- Prepare correct documentation to the Warehouse department for loading/offloading cargo to vehicles, in a timely manner.
- General Administration, e.g. invoicing; filing; queries; claims; check costs
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers, Drivers, suppliers, and other offices.
- Assisting planning or re planning of Distribution vehicles/ routes
- Utilise vehicle fleet in the most effective way
- Any reports/KPI’s required
